Our swimming stroke analysis allows you to get personalised feedback on your stroke, whether you can attend our sessions or not.

You will provide us with video of you swimming and we will analyse your technique. It is best if you can provide three shots; from above, the side above water and the side below water.

 

You will then receive the video back with annotations and explanations of strengths and weaknesses within your stroke. We will also provide a personalised series of drills to work on the elements highlighted in the analysis.

As part of the package we will also provide some small sets that can be worked into your sessions so that you can continue to work on the areas highlighted in your stroke going forwards.

If you do not have access to a camera there is an option to book a reduced rate space on one of our existing sessions where you will be filmed and then the video will be analysed.
